About the role
PINSTACK features state-of-the-art bowling lanes, laser tag, rock climbing, bumper cars and a high-ropes course suspended 20 feet above 100 of the newest prize and video games. Join the team that provides amazing guest service, operates attractions, assists guests redeeming prizes and interacts with guests on the bowling lanes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist guests with the safe operation of the hottest new games and attractions offered at PINSTACK, including helping guests harness to climb the rock wall, refereeing in the laser tag arena, or working in the prize store. You will also be responsible for ensuring that guests have a fantastic experience by maintaining general cleanliness and assisting with minor issues as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- May need to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
Positions and Pay
- Game Room: starting at $9/hr
- Bowling Lanes: starting at $9/hr
As a team member in the Game Room, you will assist guests with the safe operation of games and attractions. As a team member on the Bowling Lanes, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with a smile and assisting them with renting lanes, shoes, and game cards.
