Fully Remote Insurance Defense Attorney - CA Based

Job Details

• Managing a caseload of complex insurance defense cases.
• Preparing legal reports, opinions, and legal advice.
• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conducting and managing depositions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Collaborating with team members and clients to develop effective defense strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal trends, regulations, and precedents.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Proven experience in trial advocacy, depositions, civil litigation, and professional liability.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• The ability to manage a high-volume case load while maintaining high-quality work.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
