About the role
A fully remote customer service representative position is available. This role will support customers from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Train and assist new customer service representatives as necessary
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
