About the role

A fully remote customer service representative position is available. This role will support customers from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
  • Train and assist new customer service representatives as necessary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
