Fully Licensed Therapist- Remote (Washington DC)

About the role

The Licensed Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E.

Responsibilities include providing evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy, assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Washington DC.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment (preferred).
• Experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings (preferred).
• Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma (preferred).
• Case management experience and/or experience working closely with a multidisciplinary care team (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential Range: $71,000 to $92,000 annually.

Work From Home

• $50/month stipend added directly to an employee’s paycheck to cover home internet expenses.
• Initial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.
• Reload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and then every other year after that (year 5, year 7, etc.).
