You will be building the digital bridge between a patient's medical consultation and the physical delivery of their prescription. This role is for an engineer who thrives on the "hard problems" of healthcare - maintaining strict HIPAA‑compliant security and high‑availability systems while delivering the sleek, intuitive user experience of a modern D2C brand. Join our team in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL - we are looking for someone who truly values and enjoys working in the office, not just tolerates it. This role is full‑time in Elmhurst, IL. Notable projects and accomplishments include a proprietary telemedicine platform with EHR integration, web‑based video calls, and SIP‑to‑web voice conversion; a scalable pharmacy software system handling high‑volume prescription fulfillment; and an e‑commerce engine with integrated shipping, payments, email, and more. Highlights include working on the ground floor launching new DTC medications, being on the cutting edge of both telemedicine and software engineering, and contributing as a core team member of the SWE team. The interview process consists of a 15‑minute HR screening, a 1‑hour take‑
