Fullstack Engineer, External Products

About the role

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team at Thyme Care. This role will be responsible for developing and improving external products that enhance the Thyme Care experience for both members and providers.

Responsibilities

• Iterate rapidly on member and provider-facing products
• Contribute to new product ideas and experiments
• Improve existing workflows
• Ensure technology supports seamless communication, data flow, and decision-making across the care journey
• Work on small tickets to gain exposure to our member and provider-facing products
• Independently plan, execute, and deliver numerous features across all of our products
• Collaborate with the product manager to scope experiments and new product ideas
• Build a strong understanding of Thyme Care’s external product ecosystem

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced, early stage environments
• Comfortable iterating quickly to ship MVPs and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborated closely with a Product team to shape early ideas
• Built single-page applications in stacks similar to ours: Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres
• Used an observability stack to monitor features once they hit production, troubleshooting any issues that arise (using Datadog)

• Experience in healthcare or health tech is a plus

Benefits

Thyme Care offers a competitive salary range of $153,000 - $170,000, which may vary based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Other benefits include equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $153,000 - $170,000, with potential for adjustment based on the role's level.
