About the role
To take Reframe to the next level, we're looking for a full-time fully remote iOS and Full Stack Engineer who can help us rapidly build out new products & features across different ecosystems and help us scale existing ones. You will be working directly with the founders & the product team to build out an ambitious eco-system to provide personalized, engaging, and habit altering experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product team to design and implement new features and products for the app.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Prisma/Sequelize/TypeORM, and GraphQL.
- Build and integrate front-end components using React (or Next.js), TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS-in-JS or Tailwind, and modern web technologies.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebase through rigorous testing and continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate with designers and other engineers to ensure seamless user experience and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React (or Next.js), modern TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS-in-JS or Tailwind, and responsive & semantic HTML.
- Proficiency with Node.js/Express, relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and hands-on with an ORM (Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM).
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest/Vitest, Cypress/Playwright, and DevOps tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Knowledge of data & state management techniques including REST and GraphQL API design, caching (Redis), and Web Sockets for real-time features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, iterative mindset, and a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products collaboratively.

- Experience with AWS, Postgres, SQL, DynamoDB Amplify, and other relevant technologies.
