Fullstack Developer
Job Description
Location: Alexandria, Virginia (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong expertise in React and back-end development using Python and/or Node.js.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies. Experience with .NET/C# is preferred but not required.
- Possess strong front-end and cloud development skills, including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, and experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Apply DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, and secure application development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and optimize existing applications while providing recommendations for future-state architecture and modernization efforts.
- Maintain robust, up-to-date technical documentation and ensure solutions align with security and compliance requirements.
- Maintain an active Security+ certification.
- Experience with React + Python development in cloud-native environments.
- Experience with React + Node.js full stack development.
- Familiarity with .NET/C# development and supporting legacy applications is a plus.
- Exposure to containerization, cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevSecOps toolchains is highly desirable.
