About the Role

This is an onsite, full-time position located at Appling Rd, Bartlett, TN. Team members work 8-hour shifts (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm) for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may occasionally be required to meet customer commitments.

The Supervisor - Warehouse plays a key leadership role, ensuring a safe environment while developing and coaching a team of approximately 10 employees. This role collaborates across the organization to achieve KPIs that deliver outstanding service to coaches and student athletes. The Warehouse Supervisor drives inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery of garments to external and internal sources.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 2-5 years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, operational, logistics, or comparable setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent team member.
