Full Time Youth Advocate - SE SAILS

Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with youth, a commitment to youth empowerment and advocacy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Driving is required.
• Spending time with and supervising 9 youth in a small home-like environment.
• Providing support and encouragement to youth.
• Ensuring the overall safety of youth in the program.
• Aiding youth with their service goals, including homework help, coping skills, and behavior management.
• Acting as a positive role model to support youth’s wellbeing.

Wed: 10a-6p | Thu: 3p-11p | Fri: 3p-11p | Sat: 3-11p | Sun: 7a-3p

Requirements

• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Additional experience welcomed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching.
