THE POSITION
Location: Henderson, NE (68371)
Hours: Days 3 days a week 7:30a-5:30p*
- Flexible on days.
Client Specifics: 5 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube
- Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Night & Weekend Differentials
About the Role
The position involves delivering personalized, 1:1 care to children with medical complexities in the comfort of their homes. This role allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of these children and their families.
Responsibilities
Care for one child at a time, developing real connections, seeing progress firsthand, and becoming part of something bigger.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
Qualifications
No prior pediatric home health experience is required. Specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care will be provided.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive situations, and a compassionate nature are essential.
