Full Time Warehouse Picker

Position Overview

Our community-focused organization seeks a Warehouse Selector responsible for picking, organizing, and preparing products for delivery to local customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Use order sheets or audio headsets to select items accurately.
• Stack products on pallets, ensuring safe wrapping and loading.
• Operate equipment like walkie-rider or electric pallet jacks safely.
• Inspect equipment and report discrepancies.
• Perform frequent lifting of items weighing 1-60 lbs and handle sharp objects safely.
• Maintain safety standards and proper handling procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk extensively, covering 6-12 miles daily.
• Comfort with lifting heavy objects and working at varying heights.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $22/hour, raising to $24/hour plus incentives after training.
