Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

Supports distribution services by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Updates logistics systems with transaction details, tracks fleet activity and inventory, and prepares shipping and receipt documentation. Reviews routine exceptions such as delivery issues and inventory discrepancies to support operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment data.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems for data integrity.
• Monitor fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation.
• Identify and review exceptions like delivery or inventory issues.
• Confirm handling and storage requirements for traceability and loss prevention.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in warehouse and transportation systems, operational record maintenance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preferred: Certification such as CSCP is a plus.
