Responsibilities
- Evaluate and maintain displays throughout the store to meet and exceed SCHEELS display expectations
- Manage store inventory of display supplies by following a designated budget
- Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and Leadership to place frames, images, and mannequins on the floor plan
- Maintain images and mannequins in line with current trends for the week, month, season, and specific store or corporate campaigns
- Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock
- Arrange merchandise to enhance the customer experience
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display
- Maintain orderly appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas, including general cleaning and organization
- Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10’s and 100’s)
- Read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Stay organized, multi-task, and manage all aspects of a display role
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Exercise judgment, tact, and professionalism when working with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Apply basic understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Exhibit attention to detail
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and treat others with respect
- Work assigned schedule, including weekends, evenings, or holidays based on store needs

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in merchandising, retailing, fashion management, or a related field. Prior experience with display/merchandising is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Follow all safety procedures to minimize the risk of injury
