About the role

We are seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Dunn County and surrounding areas. This role involves autonomous exterior property verifications to confirm occupancy and report on property conditions using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Determine property status (occupancy, vacancy, or distress)
• Capture 9+ exterior photos per property
• Submit accurate, prompt reports via mobile app

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access
• Strong time-management and self-organization skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must provide own equipment

Pay

Earnings are based on a flat-rate per inspection, with typical hourly earnings of $25–$35 depending on volume and location.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with consistent monthly volume, typically around 30 inspections per month. Each inspection averages 5–6 minutes on-site.
