Full Time Traveling Custodial Equipment Auditor

About the role

We provide a regular Monday through Friday schedule working one weekend per month, with a fast-paced environment that offers a variety of tasks throughout the shift. Responsibilities

• Complete Quality and Equipment Audits in various accounts in Michigan
• Learn and teach floor care classes
• Willing to travel in anywhere in the State of Michigan, using company vehicle at times and sometimes personal vehicle
• Lift at least 50 lbs and move heavy equipment in and out of vehicles and buildings

Requirements

• No prior custodial experience necessary
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds are not eligible for employment

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of equipment repair, custodian equipment repair is a plus.

Skills

Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, willingness to travel, and strong physical capabilities are essential.
