What You'll Do
- Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Lead and supervise your own team—coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals.
- Drive marketing and social media efforts, building awareness and engagement for the store's promotions, events, and community involvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, positive donor interactions, and smooth volunteer experiences.
- Support the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience (required).
- Leadership/management experience strongly preferred—ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms to promote store events, sales, and community engagement.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Schedule
Creative full-time schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:30 PM.
