What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Lead and supervise your own team—coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals.
  • Drive marketing and social media efforts, building awareness and engagement for the store's promotions, events, and community involvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, positive donor interactions, and smooth volunteer experiences.
  • Support the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience (required).
  • Leadership/management experience strongly preferred—ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms to promote store events, sales, and community engagement.
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Schedule

Creative full-time schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:30 PM.
Closed Sundays and major holidays—enjoy work-life balance while still growing in your career.
