About the role
Therapist Supervisors are integral members of the CYFast team, providing guidance and support to therapists in their clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to therapists.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement training programs.
- Mentor new therapists and assist in their transition into the field.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a therapeutic setting.
- Licenses/certifications in relevant fields (e.g., LPC, LCSW).
- Experience in clinical supervision and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
