Full Time Tennis Professional

About the role

The Full Time Tennis Professional will serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for tennis across all age groups and skill levels. They will deliver and maintain a minimum of 35 on-court teaching hours per week, including assigned and self-generated hours. Responsibilities also include providing private and group lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels, being responsible for the financial performance of the programs and private lessons conducted, and ensuring the tennis court environment is safe and clean for all players.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for tennis across all age groups and skill levels.
• Deliver and maintain a minimum of 35 on-court teaching hours per week, which includes assigned and self-generated hours.
• Get to know our program features and on-court tools to create a high-energy, fun program.
• Provide private and group lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the programs and private lessons you conduct.
• Ensure the tennis court environment is safe and clean for all players.

Requirements

• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• 1-5 or more years of tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification (commitment to certification required).
• A playing level of 4.0 or higher.
• Ambitious, passionate, coachable, and radiating a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• 1-5 or more years of tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR certification (commitment to certification required).
• A playing level of 4.0 or higher.
• Ambitious, passionate, coachable, and radiating a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
