Full Time Temporary/Seasonal Maintenance

Duties

• Painting of both interior and exterior structures
• Light repairs in and around structures
• Parking lot repairs, including pothole fills
• Cleaning interior and exterior areas of the building, including refrigerated areas
• Weeding grassy and mulched areas
• Power washing parking lots and car washes
• Regularly lifting 30lbs

Requirements

• Able to operate handheld and small power tools, drills, power washer, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
• Aged 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to regularly lift 30lbs

Schedule

Full time Monday through Friday with a start time of 7:00 AM. Work rain or shine and may be exposed to extreme heat as most of the work will be done outside at various locations.
