About the Role
A Tag Heuer Client Advisor is a performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques and collaboration.
- Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on individual KPIs while delivering memorable in-store experiences and services.
- Supports colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
- Maintains an omnichannel sales mindset to ensure the best client experience, considering all possible client touchpoints.
- Proposes new ideas to develop sales, such as merchandising, events, and product mix.
A Client Development Specialist who leverages all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
- Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Achieves individual clienteling objectives (number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments) using all provided tools.
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on opportunities to grow the business.
- Communicates the brand story and DNA in an inspiring way, including advantages and technical details, to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
An active contributor to operations excellence who respects retail and administrative processes on the floor.
- Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of Boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing).
- Properly leverages tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performs visual merchandising (VM).
- Coordinates aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Applies all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogues).
- Contributes to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Assists in store maintenance.
- Ensures compliance with internal control policies.
Responsibilities
- Client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and sales closing.
- Understanding and driving sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, and mix of sales.
- Managing client and clienteling KPIs.
- Utilizing digital tools effectively.
- Representing the brand’s DNA, history, and collections.
- Knowledge of front and back-end retail tools.
- Adhering to brand retail procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies, and sports.
- Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.

Pay
$22.00 - $25.00 hourly plus commission.
