Full-Time Teller - Sequoia Branch

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Full-time Teller for our Redwood City Branch. Ideal candidates will be team players who contribute the right skills to deliver a better financial life to members while keeping focus on our mission of growth, innovation, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships
• Discuss products and services with members
• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Assist members with opening and closing accounts
• Merchandise sales
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including processing reports, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while maintaining security of all cash, tickets, and negotiables
• Attend business development events

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience
• High school education or GED
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience working with cash
• Front-line customer service experience
• Comfortable with business development events and cross sales

Pay

$23 to $27 per hour
