Responsibilities

• Helping customers with routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing in a speedy and efficient manner.
• Resolving customer concerns and problems, knowing when to involve a supervisor.
• Cross-selling bank products and services; recommending appropriate solutions for customers’ financial needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Displays a credible, trustworthy, and professional image at all times.
• Ability to ask effective questions and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Solid math skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A high school education or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours and travel to other local branches to provide coverage as needed.
