Full-Time Teller - Flat Rock

About the role

PSCU is seeking a Full-Time Teller for our Flat Rock branch. Responsibilities include handling routine tasks like processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals. Tellers also respond to member requests and inquiries, helping to build positive member relationships by recommending bank products and services.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Demonstrates the ability to perform job responsibilities independently
• Basic computer and math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial institution experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience

Job Expectations

• Required to work some Saturdays
