We are now seeking a Bilingual Spanish Full-time Teller for our Downtown San Jose Branch.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships
• Discuss products and services with members
• Receives and processes customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments; merchandise sales
• Affords assistance to members with opening and closing accounts
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including processing reports, filing, computer input and answering the telephone
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions and maintains security of all cash, tickets and negotiables
• Attends business development events

Requirements

• Excellent communication & people skills
• Thrive on building relationships
• Comfortable with business development events and cross sales
• Experience working with cash
• Front-line customer service experience
• Fully fluent in Spanish, verbal and written

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience
• High school education or GED

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish

Pay

Salary Range: $23 to $27 per hour
