Full Time Teller

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposit, withdrawal, and transfer transactions.
• Handle cash and handle customer inquiries regarding credit union products and services.
• Balance teller drawers and vaults daily and monthly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Conduct routine checks and balances to ensure accuracy and security.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Willingness to communicate effectively with customers.
• Commitment to EPIC Federal Credit Union's mission and values.
• Coachability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Attention to detail and ability to review and balance reports.
• Passionate about providing solutions and researching new opportunities.
