Texan Guns & Gear is growing, and we’re looking for full-time team members who are dependable, motivated, personable, and genuinely passionate about the firearms, hunting, and outdoor industry. This role involves more than just working behind a counter—you’ll take pride in providing customers with great service, honest advice, and the expertise they can trust.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, advice, and service in a knowledgeable and professional manner
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to support store operations
• Continue building expertise in firearms, hunting, and outdoor gear

Requirements

• Strong interest in firearms, hunting, and the outdoors
• Enjoy working with and helping people
• Dependable, professional, and willing to work
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Firearms or retail experience preferred but not required

Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM
