Full-Time Systems Engineer

Role Overview

The Lead Systems Engineer will oversee the design, integration, and certification activities for military aircraft interior modifications, guiding the Systems Engineering team through technical planning, system development, verification, and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage systems requirements
• Develop system architecture
• Create interface control documents (ICDs)
• Lead equipment source selection
• Manage supplier relationships across design, qualification, and production phases

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Engineering with at least 7-9 years of relevant experience, including expertise in military aircraft interior modifications, 14 CFR Part 25 certification, and systems engineering principles
• Proven experience in program planning, supplier management, and implementing the Systems Engineering V model
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
