Full-Time Super GP - Comprehensive, Restorative & Implant Dentistry

About the role

National Dental Flushing is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial “Super GP” to deliver comprehensive dentistry, place and restore implants, and expand clinical capabilities in a high‑performing, 10‑operatory multispecialty practice located in downtown Flushing, Queens. The practice generates over $300,000 in monthly production with a goal of reaching $500,000 per month, and offers a modern office steps from the Flushing‑Main Street 7 train and near the LIRR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry for a diverse patient base.
• Place and restore dental implants, collaborating with an in‑house periodontist for specialty cases.
• Develop and own treatment plans, presenting cases to patients with the support of a strong front‑office team.
• Work alongside three full‑time hygienists, in‑house periodontal and orthodontic services, and other specialists.
• Maintain clinical independence while contributing to practice growth and production goals.
• Participate in continuing education, including Straumann implant training and Align Technology Invisalign certification.

Qualifications

• Dental license to practice in New York State.
• Confidence and strong patient‑connection skills.
• Ability to take ownership of treatment planning and execution.
• Experience or willingness to expand skills in comprehensive restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry.
• Commitment to clinical autonomy and high‑level comprehensive care.

Pay

• Guaranteed semi‑monthly pay for the first 6 months.
• 30% of net collections thereafter.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, full‑time.
