About the role

We are the nation's largest employer of childcare providers and offer positions ranging from Sunday mornings to 45+ hours per week. We can help with various schedules including long-term families, babysitters on flexible schedules, full-time positions, temporary work, substitute work, and part-time jobs for the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable experiences for kids through outdoor play, stories, songs, creative activities, and helpful routines.
  • Guide naps, meals, and schedules while building meaningful connections with children of all ages.
  • Support wonderful local families with consistent weekly hours from Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid).
  • The ability to provide two childcare references.
  • A genuine commitment to safety, engagement, and active attention while caring for children.

    Schedule

    We offer a variety of schedules including full day availability during the week (Monday-Friday) from 7am to 7pm. Shifts won't run 12 hours and we strive to ensure consistent weekly hours.
