Full-Time Store Manager

Role Overview: The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on delivering quality service and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash and expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, work order management, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, job completion, and compliance with regulations.Ensure technicians are properly trained, certified, and performing quality work.Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance, and collaborate on merchandising efforts.Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues, maintaining world-class service.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Valid driver’s license required.3+ years of leadership experience with a performance incentive approach.3-5 years in retail or service environment, automotive experience advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.Excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 35 lbs.Professional appearance and adherence to safety protocols.
