Full-Time Store Manager

Role: The Store Manager oversees all retail store operations, focusing on delivering quality service and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash and expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities: Manage daily store activities such as opening/closing, work order and inventory management, customer service, staffing, and cash handling. Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs like customer satisfaction, job completion, and compliance. Ensure technicians are certified and perform quality work through training and coaching. Address customer complaints promptly and maintain store standards. Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent, or 5-7 years leadership experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. 3+ years in leadership, retail, or service environments, with automotive experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 35 lbs.
