Full-Time Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Merges and stocks product
• Cashiering duties
• Cleaning store
• Enhance customer shopping experience
• Collaborate with ALDI team
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Models and fulfills all customer service principles
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products
• Utilizes POS system to accurately scan and process customer purchases
• Follows cash policies and procedures
• Fulfills line policy and opens additional check lanes
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly
• Completes curbside pickup orders
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards
• Assists in operational efficiency and loss goals
• Complies with company policies and processes
• Supports a safe working environment
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
• Performs general cleaning tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate all store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and with others
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance
• Ability to meet availability requirements

Pay

• Starting wage: $19.00 per hour
• Wage increases: Year 2 - $19.50 | Year 3 - $20.00 | Year 4 - $20.00 | Year 5 - $21.00

Schedule

• Average hours: 30+ hours per week
