Responsibilities

  • Merges and stocks product
  • Cashiering duties
  • Cleaning tasks
  • Enhancing customer shopping experience
  • Informing store management of loss
  • Utilizing POS system
  • Following cash policies and procedures
  • Fulfilling line policy and opening additional check lanes
  • Stocking shelves and displays
  • Completing curbside pickup orders
  • Maintaining zone and merchandising standards
  • Aiding in operational efficiency and loss goals
  • Supporting safety and equipment maintenance
  • Complying with inventory procedures and product handling guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and with others
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity within established timeframes
  • Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance
  • Ability to meet availability requirements

Pay

  • Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
  • Wage increases: Year 2 - $18.50, Year 3 - $19.00, Year 4 - $19.00, Year 5 - $20.00

Schedule

  • Average hours: 30+ hours per week
