Full-Time Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Merges and stocks product
• Cashiering duties
• Cleaning store premises
• Enhancing customer shopping experience
• Collaborating with the ALDI team
• Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

• Escalates concerns to store management
• Uses POS system accurately
• Follows cash policies and procedures
• Operates checkout lanes efficiently
• Stocks shelves and displays products
• Completes curbside pickup orders
• Maintains merchandising standards
• Supports operational efficiency goals
• Supports loss prevention efforts
• Complies with company policies and processes
• Ensures a safe working environment
• Maintains inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
• Performs general cleaning tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks
• Ability to maintain reliable and prompt attendance
• At least 18 years old required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred

Pay

• Starting wage: $18.50 per hour
• Wage increases: Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50

Schedule

• Average hours: 30+ hours per week
