Full-Time Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Merges and stocks product
• Cashiering duties
• Cleaning store
• Enhance customer shopping experience
• Collaborate with ALDI team
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Models and fulfills all customer service principles
• Informs store management of loss
• Utilizes POS system accurately
• Follows cash policies and procedures
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly
• Completes curbside pickup orders
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards
• Assists in operational efficiency and loss goals
• Complies with company policies and processes
• Safely maintains working environment
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
• Performs general cleaning tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Pay attention to detail
• Organize, prioritize and complete tasks
• Reliable and prompt attendance
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred
