Full Time Sr. Shift Supervisor in Costco

About the role

You'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. You will also support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and sampling
• Support leadership with tasks including reporting, training, scheduling, demo setup and breakdown, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Aged 18 or older
• Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and standing for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed

Skills

• Knowledge of basic kitchen and cleaning tasks
