Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy sessions to residents
- Evaluate and document progress of residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
