Brookridge Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. The position offers a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Only for direct applicants.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and training to residents and their families
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licenses and certifications required (e.g., ASHA certification)
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
