Full-Time Sonographer

About the role

The Certified Staff 1 and 2/Senior Sonographer performs routine to complex ultrasound procedures under the clinical guidance of Radiologists and the Ultrasound Team Leader, demonstrating independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-frequency ultrasonic procedures for disease diagnosis
• Utilize nonionizing technology with precision and expertise

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or related allied health education.

• Staff 1: ARDMS or ARRT certification; RDMS or RVT (RVT within 180 days; OB RDMS within 2 years)
• Staff 2: ARDMS or ARRT certification; RVT and RDMS (OB RDMS within 2 years)
• Senior Sonographer: ARDMS or ARRT certification; RVT, RDMS (OB), plus an additional ARDMS specialty board; over five years of experience
