Full Time Service Specialist

About the role

The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Performing business support services
• Ensuring the coordinated delivery of copy and print services
• Handling mailroom activities
• Tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Legal US authorization to work for any employer
• Certified to lift up to 55 pounds
• Competent in using MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay

$14 – $14.50USD/hr + bonus

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads
