Full-Time Service Shop / Bike Technician

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
• Absorb and deliver customer and merchandise equipment to customer residences.
• Aid in resolving customer issues and problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.

Requirements

• Genuinely and consistently treat co-workers, customers and business partners like they are the most important person.
• Arrive to work and meetings 10 minutes early.
• Show respect and appreciation for others and Scheels.
• Apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
• Adapt to a changing work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong mechanical ability.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

Pay

$20.00 hourly DOE.

Schedule

Average 41 hours per week. Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
