Responsibilities
- Greet clients who are picking up and/or returning loaner vehicles.
- Review loaner vehicles for readiness as well as damage, assist clients with the transfer of their belongings.
- Stage and porter loaner vehicles for clients.
- Provide driving service for pick up and delivery, dealer trades, quality control and readiness.
- Valet vehicles from our Breezeway and service lot.
- Maintain the organization of the lot by ensuring that vehicles are parked in their designated parking locations.
- Aid in fueling and/or washing loaners as necessary.
- Assist with filing paperwork in the service department.
Requirements
- You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
