Full-Time Senior Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

Role Overview

Supports distribution services in a warehouse environment, involving order picking, receiving, shipping, inventory management, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Verify received merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory using RF devices and other equipment.
• Assemble customer orders accurately, enter data into computer systems, and process returns.
• Conduct inventory counts, research discrepancies, and assist in inventory procedures.
• Operate motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, when certified.
• Support training of new associates and perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of warehouse workflows.
• Ability to read, comprehend product labels, and perform basic math.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capable of using computer systems and equipment safely, including power machinery if certified.
• Able to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and maintain attendance standards.
