Full-Time Senior Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

This position supports distribution services in a warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, stage customer orders, process returns, and organize inventory.
• Verify received merchandise against shipments, report discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
• Stock shelves accurately and utilize RF devices for inventory tasks.
• Assemble orders, enter data into computer systems, and perform inventory counts.
• Handle returns and maintain organized storage of merchandise.
• Operate motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, with possible certification.
• Assist in training new team members and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of relevant work experience with a basic understanding of warehouse workflows.
• Ability to read, understand English, and possess basic math skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely with equipment and follow OSHA standards; may require hazmat certification.
• Must be a team player, able to work overtime, and participate in physical inventory procedures.
