Full-Time Senior Warehouse Associate

About the role

Support logistics operations by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.

Responsibilities

• Update warehouse and logistics systems
• Track fleet activity and inventory
• Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation
• Review routine exceptions
• Confirm handling and movement requirements to maintain traceability and prevent loss

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control
• Preferred certifications include CSCP
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems
• Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively
• Support continuous process improvements within established guidelines
