Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves leading complex enterprise projects related to hospital billing systems, EHR integrations, and process optimization, ensuring project milestones are met within scope, budget, and quality standards. They act as a bridge between financial executives, clinical teams, and IT, safeguarding cash flow and enhancing financial operations. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver high-impact projects throughout their lifecycle.Manage project scope, risks, interdependencies, and budgets, adhering to organizational standards.Lead problem-solving, decision-making, and change management activities.Apply Agile methodologies, monitor Scrum processes, and foster team efficiency and maturity.Guide and mentor project teams, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts.Support Product Owners with backlog management and refinement.Possibly supervise project staff, promoting a project-focused culture and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or master’s with 7+ years in Project Management.Active PMP certification required; additional certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP preferred.Experience leading EHR/billing software implementations (e.g., Epic), and bridging IT, clinical, and financial systems preferred.Strong skills in decision-making under pressure, milestone tracking, and stakeholder collaboration. Additional Details: Hybrid role based within 100 miles of a campus, with occasional on-site work. Compensation ranges from $107,452 to $150,425 annually.
