About the role
We are expanding our Security Team at Lonza in Newington, NH. We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Security Officers to cover various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct foot and/or mobile patrols during various weather conditions.
- Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Handle stressful and physical activities as required.
- Work overtime without advance notice.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills.
- Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus.
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Reliable means of transportation and communication.
Qualifications
- Must pass background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.
- Mandatory licensing requirements may apply.

Pay and Schedule
- Starting at $20.00/hr with shift differential for 3rd shift being $21.20.
- Schedules/Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift, Friday - Sunday & Wednesday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, 32 hrs/week.
- 2nd Shift, Friday - Monday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, 32 hrs/week.
- 3rd Shift, Friday - Monday, 10:00pm - 6:00am, 32 hrs/week.
