Full Time Security Officer (3rd Shift)

Marksman Security is now hiring for a 3rd Shift - Unarmed Security Officer position at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri. This role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and or other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking, and or in possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid state licensing
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
