About the role
Provide therapeutic services in a school setting to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
- Evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Valid state teaching license or equivalent certification
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- Experience with evidence-based interventions
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
